BEDAZZLED
MERCI BEAUCOUP
Trends are funny sometimes. There was a time, very recently, when I thought that I really didn't like these longer length cardigans. I thought they looked too much like robes. And then one day, all the sudden, I just had an urge to buy one. I really, really wanted one, and it went straight to the top of my wishlist. Seriously, after swearing up and down that it was one trend I couldn't get on board with.
And you know what, it does kind of feel like wearing a robe. But in the best possible way.
I'D WEAR THAT // DOUBLE THE PLAID, ADD SOME DOTS

REPEAT OFFENDER // LIKE A LION
These shorts. Man. These shorts never fail me. I've been wearing them every season since I got them a year and a half ago. In fact, I wore almost this exact outfit last fall. You can see last year's version here!
PASTELS FOR FALL
When the cooler months arrives, we all get so excited for our darker "fall" colors. But, you know what? Pastels and bright colors can still work just as well during the fall season! Especially those pastels. I've been really into light pink and purple lately, and love the idea of paring them with black and brown to make them feel more season appropriate and less spring-y.
