I'm no stranger to snow storms. But when said snow storm results in a snow day off of work, it kind of makes you feel like you're getting away with something. Like when you're a kid and a snow day means a day home from school. So obviously you have to venture out into said snow storm and play like you're a little kid. And take lots of pics, obis.

» I posted this on instagram, but I though I’d share here, too. I love me some hot dogs, and experimenting with different toppings. Here are some favorites: 

• Hawaiian Dog - teriyaki sauce and pineapple salsa
• Caesar Dog - laid on a bed of caesar salad
• Buffalo Dog - smothered in hot sauce with crumbled (bleu) cheese and celery bits
• PB Dog - lots of peanut butter and crumbled bacon

» Speaking of food, I made these buffalo chicken meatballs the other day and OMG they were delicious.

» Ugh, I’m sick again. My week has been all cough drops and boxes of tissues and naps. And ice cream. At least theres that. I love a big bowl of regular ol’ chocolate ice cream. 

» LOFT is at it again with more new arrivals. I love this big stripe skirt, this smaller stripe skirt, these embroidered shorts, these Lou & Grey shorts, and this little floral necklace. I also tried this dress and this top on at work yesterday and they’re both really cute! (psssssst… it’s 50% everything (except Lou & Grey) through the rest of today!!)

» You know what? Being sick this time of year is the worst. It’s so gorgeous outside, and its taking everything in me just to get up off the couch. And make it through work without falling over. Blargh.
