LONG WEEKEND
How was your long weekend, American friends? It was an absolutely glorious one around these parts. We got in some beach time, friend time, went kayaking, took a train ride, had lots of ice cream, and watched a spectacular fireworks display. And I got my red, white, and blue on. Naturally.
HOLLYDOLLY x LOU & GREY
This past weekend I had the pleasure of hosting a DIY workshop at the Lou & Grey Natick location. You all know how much I love my Lou & Grey! The laid-back, easy pieces of the lifestyle brand is quickly taking over my closet. So when my friend Amy asked me to host an event at her store, I was so excited!
I showed everyone how to make rope knot bracelets, enjoyed David's Tea and cookies, and got to showcase my jewelry in one of my favorite stores. All in all, it was a pretty good Saturday. Thank you so much to everyone who came out and crafted with me :)

YOU CAN'T TAKE THE SKY FROM ME
I pretty much say this every time, but I think that this is my favorite handmade wardrobe piece to date. I'm crazy about the off-the-shoulder trend (as is everyone else right now), and this starry print fabric that I've had in my stash for awhile was just screaming at me to be made into a chic little dress. So ta-daaaaaaaa. I shall call her Vera.

THE USUAL
Another jumpsuit. Another denim jacket / vest. Another tatty tattoo placed in the same exact spot on my arm. It's pretty obvious what some of my favorite things are at the moment.
I wore this last week when we went to see Dashboard Confessional in concert. How many of you listened to Dashboard in high school / college? Yeah, me too. And I still do. In fact, to this day, Chris Carrabba is still one of my absolute favorites. I love that man. And this was my ninth time seeing him live! That beautiful voice soothes me like no other.
